I've loved the franchise since dreamcast but they really need to add something new to the game besides just a graphics bump if I'm going to buy this time around. Then again... A gameplay trailer might reverse that claim right quick

I've only got Soul Calibur for DC, but played demos of 2 and 3. I'm also waiting for the big progression.

This game will be a must buy for me when it comes out. To bad it is a ways off yet from coming out.

and i'm sure that time will be fall of next year, if not xmas. but whilesoul calibur 3 was disappointing but i have also been a fan for a long time. i'm a sucker and will probably buy this game regardless (and there are VERY few games that fall into that category for me) if the player models are close to as detailed as the stills from the trailer, that would send me into a fan-frenzy.

of course that won't happen, but one could hope. i haven't seen anything that fits the bill of nextgen on any console yet.

This game cannot be released too fast

. Actually, I'm not really into fighting games, but Soul Calibur is totally another story. The only one I didn't get was the first one, and it's because I never got a Dreamcast. Hell, I even had the original Soul Blade fot the ps1.

I'll say it again, the 360 version will pale in comparison to the PS3 version, this is a forum about BLU-RAY games

There's more than enough discussion about the Xbox 360 as it is, I don't want every thread about a game that's on both platforms turning into a discussion or argument about which system is better.

You don't have to put down another system to promote the superiority of the PLAYSTATION 3, infact most people will ignore you. I'm sick of the negativity.
