It's being released by a different distributor, therefore until someone verifies this by checking the disc itself you can't know for sure.

Theres major problems with this...major DNR and something wrong with the transfer or production as it keeps jerking every few seconds and jumping ever so slightly

Actually just played my House On Haunted Hill (Three Wolves) recent release and it has the same slight skipping on playback
I remembered seeing it when I had a quick scan
I wonder if they have an authoring issue? EDIT: Its widely reviewed on amazon that the issue is caused by a below par bit rate
I have emailed them directly on their website contact form

No problem. I'm pretty pleased with this release. OK it could have been better with perhaps a bit of spot glossing but it's a good effort and I don't regret buying it.

Debossing doesn't need a border. The reason there is a border for embossing as what you are really doing is debossing everything else. And obviously you can't do that to the edge. So to them everything is debossed and debossing the non-image looks like embossing.

In laymens terms.

They add the border so when you add the steelbook to your shelf, the embossed letters / characters or whatever don't bear the weight of another item. It protects the embossing so to speak.

The art was a deal breaker for me too. And it's not snobbery at all. I just can't believe that they went to the trouble of making a steelbook, yet used the same piece of generic artwork that I've used for my iPad's lock-screen for years.

I think the idea of the steelbook art is very funny, but I do think the repeated image of Myers jumping is pretty lame, as is the uneven use of the logo.
