Redeeming Game code for PS4 - Blu-ray Forum

A company we work with gave me a code to download the new Batman video game for the PS4.

When I try entering the 12-digit code inside PS4 Store / Redeem Code the code won't work. Am I doing something wrong?

What reason are you given for it not working. Common reason is that the code has already been used.
