Default RF-82's_to_much__living_room_size?

Hello smart people i have a question to ask you guys..!
well would klipsch RF 82's be to much power for a 13x16 sized living room? or would i bee better off purchasing the RF 52's tower speakers?
i would purchase the RF 62's but they dont sell them in
person at any nearby store and i was originally going to purchase
some RF 62's online at crutchfield.com or sounddistributers.com with
my debit card but im afraid of doing so. so i ask this because their is a local "KEN CRANES" home theater store that only sells the
RF 52's 82's and 63's tower speakers. well the guys their were offering me a pair
of 82's for 1,000 dollars but i feel that those speakers offer too much power for my living room size. or would i be better off with a pair
of 62's? -and-im-typing-like-this-because-my-keyboard-does-not-work-sorry!

Look at these or should I say listen to the Revel Concerta F12s. Where do you live they may be in your area or close by??? You will want F12s after hearing them and the price is around $1200 a pair.

http://www.revelspeakers.com/product...asp?product=19

Hope-this-helps!!! Sorry (kind-of-fun-typing-this-way)

If you only want the Klipsch that's cool too............ Your room is fine.

I've used debit online many times, but not for anything big yet. Would never do it outside of Amazon, though. (planning on picking up the Dynamo and Polk Monitor 50s from them)

My debit will not allow me to purchase anything worth more than a $1000 at one time. They also call to varify the purchase.

Do it all the time, and love it. I feel it to be more secure than purchasing over the telephone...

debit with visa/mc logo or any credit card purchase online is protected through your card company.. you can always "chargeback" if you are not satisfied with your purchase...don't use a check or bank transfer... most banks only allow 7 days to cancel..if not, your screwed...most visa/mc offer 60-90 days of chargeback allowances...discover/amex offer up to 6 months....if anyone ever goes nuts with your CC #, you dispute, and they will reinburst you for the charges.

from worst to best in regards to winning disputes

check > visa > mc > discover > amex

The room I have my RF-35 system in (basically the older version of the 82s) is about 14x18... and I have never thought they were too much for the room... they never have to go very high to fill the room with sound though

man get with the times, Credit/debit card , either way no big deal . I have been doing it for ever , my whole life is online line checks what are they ? lol i do investments banking and all my bills on line , been doing it for years,

As for the Klipsch RF-82 man go for it , you'll love them trust me. I just upgraded my system two weeks ago. RF- 82--RC-64 --RS-42--RW-10 . Actually I went with the RC-62 center but ordered the RC-64, I just picked it up today .Man this beast is awsome .Looking forward to tomrrow to try it out with Top Gun & HITMAN. this thing weighs 61LBS. The sound from this system is unbelievable. OH and my room size is 16 X 18" the sound is sperated and fills the room so full ,LIKE I said awsome. as for KEN Kranes I heard good things in the past. good luck & enjoy the sound ..

sorry but I'm doing a little soul searching myself for speakers at this time. but for the CC thing... If you have never used it online before, and especially for a big purchase, it will work and is safe but you might go through a hassle with your CC company. I just had an incident that put a hold on my card that wouldn't come off for anything! it is for "unusual" transactions, and being that you have never used it online might send a red flag up. but one call from the company confirming its really you and everything will be just fine... as long as your not with CHASE! That's who i had HELL with on my "Amazon Visa Card". why so much trouble? I think there "fraud/identity theft" barriers are to thick for its own good

So are the RF-25's an older version of the RF-35's, or some other model? always been curious about my speakers, but for $225/pair i didn't wanna hesitate. Oh, and i've never had any problems ordering online with debit or credit, but i have paypal.
