Wonder if these will have lossless audio. Also, only five discs in the set means no MI 3 bonus disc. Making this less than an "ultimate" set.

They're making a sixth one, so why bother? I hate it when studios do that. And people are foolish enough to buy the "the franchise so far..." sets.

Eh. I don't think it's that big of a deal. There's lots of people that may not have any of the films so a set like this makes sense. I bought the Bond 50 set knowing full well that there are always going to be new Bond films but at the time I only owned two of the Craig films on blu so it made sense to me.

The Bond 50 collection I'll give a pass on my hatred for incomplete sets. That was truly special and an amazing set that did leave room for Skyfall to commemorate the franchise's 50 years of greatness. I'm mostly griping about the various sets they made for the Harry Potter series and the X-Men franchise. Cash-grabs and nothing more.

Shouldn't this be the "Penultimate Collection"? Or perhaps the "Antepenultimate Collection"?

Hey, if Fox can call something a Quadrilogy...

The sixth movie probably won't be out until 2017 or 2018 at the earliest since how long they take in between the movies.

I think it is a cool looking SB. I really like the back of it. I would be interested, if I didn't already own the last four haha.

Cruise supposedly wants to fast-track this one. Still means probably not until Summer 2017, but that would be the shortest gap between any Mission: Impossible movie (1996 to 2000, 2000 to 2006, 2006 to 2011, 2011 to 2015).

I like that art and hope it's the same as BB's (although they should shrink "Tom Cruise" a bit so it isn't cut off), but I won't bite on these unless the newer masters are used.

I kind of regard Ghost Protocol and Rogue Nation as part of a seperate trilogy.
Really, I have no interest in MI1 and MI2, so this is not very interesting to me.

Like the art and colour choices though
The back could have used just a touch of orange to make it correspond with the front more though.

Agreed! Thats why I don't buy any. The only sets i own is Hobbit, Nolan's Batman and the Sergio Leone Spaggetti Westerns. It would bug me knowing that there are two or three releases outside of the set with different packaging.

Is the front missing an image from MI:3? The one at the very top could be but i think that might from the first movie. Seems odd to have an image from all the movies bar one.
