I own a DVD pack of the first 3 films, and blu-rays of all films from The Living Daylights onward (except TWINE and DAD). I already have Skyfall UV. I'd be tempted to rebuy what I own (gaining blu rays of original 3 films), & sell the duplicate discs right to Half Price Books after using the code. This is if I can pay less then $7.25 per film.

Volumes 1 & 2 of the Sean Connery Collection are $14.99 each at Target, according to their website. Volume 1 contains the first 3 films. I plan to pick it up tomorrow, and it seems to be in stock at every Target store near me (in Southern California).

However, if a new printing of a film comes to disc, but now with a digital copy, you can often price match to the older editions, especially if those aren't in store also. Most employees don't understand the difference with UV included.

Target has the individual Bonds on a small side end cap next to the new release frontage. They weren't sale tagged, but Casino Royale and QoS were $7.99 each, and Skyfall was $9.99. They all came with movie cash for Spectre. They also had the small collector sets of each Bond for $14.99 each.

Some of you will weep by this news, but there are no slipcovers on the individual releases.

Oh, that cover art is atrocious. The one for "Live And Let Die" looks like something from "The Sims".

I already own all the Bond films that I want (at this point anyway) but I couldn't resist buying the steelbook of my favorite, For Your Eyes Only, @ Best Buy today.

They are not. You need to buybthe movies separatly to get the UV codes

Just to be sure, you mean buy these two to get the codes, correct?

Yep.

From what I could tell, Wal-Mart has individual exclusive slipcovers only for the same releases that got the steelbooks at Best Buy (Diamonds Are Forever, OHMSS, etc.) and the artwork for these slipcovers matches that of the steelbooks.

I also noticed the slipcovers actually have a book style front page that you can open to see some info about the movie. Not sure what you call this. A slipcover with a front page on it, I guess.

I also saw the Wal Mart slipcovers as I entered the store. I had no idea they even existed. Still, I went and got the steel book at Best Buy instead. I only needed You Only Live Twice and Goldeneye on BD so I grabbed YOLT and I'll order Goldeneye new single on Amazon. I so wanted to grab Casino Royale but I can't have everything lol and can't justify rebuying it when I have it on BD already. I've spent enough on Bond, that old dog.

I still don't know which one has those two special features, the steel books or the new individual releases? (I don't mean the new doc. from the box set)

Default Exclusive Walmart Slipcovers (9 SPECTRE Films)

For anyone interested in picking up the individual releases despite the bad artwork, here is a link showing 9 of the individual slipcovers sold exclusively at Walmart. The slipcovers include the alternate artwork also found on the steelbooks, but are currently only available for the SPECTRE related films. At least you can cover up a few of them though.

I think just the complete 23 film box sets that released this week are the ones with the two new featurettes. I'd love to be proven wrong, though, since I've picked up one of the new steelbooks and the actor collections. I've yet to open them, since I'm waiting for the Sean Connery collections to arrive from Amazon on Friday before I redeem all the digital copies the same day.

Anyone looking to get the discs and not care about the codes? I am looking to partner up on assembling the collection. I already have the 50 set from before but would love to get the digital HD versions.

Actually only the Amazon exclusive set has those bonus features, the cheaper white box set does not.
