I'm actually going to go 2000's. Between The Weatherman, Matchstick Men, Adaptation, Bad Lieutenant and National Treasure, I really find it hard to argue otherwise

90's. You get a lot of good Cage. With a lot of bad Cage. Without a lot of the sleeper Cage.

This is kind of tough to answer since the height of his popularity was basically from 1995 to 2005.

I picked the 00s for one reason alone: Lord of War. I think it's easily his best dramatic performance. As for everything else, I know it was a silly decade for him, but I have fond memories of seeing him in Gone in 60 Seconds, Bangkok Dangerous, Ghost Rider, and Next. None great, but all enjoyable anyway. National Treasure and Windtalkers were genuinely good films too.

You get Con Air. One of the best blockbusters ever made.

The Rock was pretty awesome too.

90's. This stretch is pretty insane:

Leaving Las Vegas - 1995
The Rock - 1996
Con Air - 1997
Face/Off - 1997
City of Angels - 1998
Snake Eyes - 1998
8MM - 1999

I'm going to have to go with the 90's even though my favorite movie (Raising Arizona - 1987) is from the 80's.
