Nice!! Just followed the OP instructions, using the included link (since it auto-applies the VerizonUpCBS code), and my next (first!!) billing date is May 17th.
The bad news is my Internet connection died within 5 minutes of signing-up, and remains out. (Is Comcast, owners of NBC, punishing CBSAA customers? ![]() p.s. I'm bumping this to the top so hopefully more people see it. Luckily I thought of this app today and looked at my account. My next bill date was 3/13. Came here to see it happened to more people. Cancelled. And will never use the service again even if they gave me a year for free. Absolutely not cool for a large company to not honor what their system offered AND to abruptly change it without notifying the customer (this is the worst part). Plenty of other options to choose from in streaming services. |

My renewal date shifted from three months (5/12) to two months (4/12) to one month (3/12), all without any notification. Absolutely disgusting. I cancelled and will also never use the service again, at any price (even free, because free obviously isn't really free with these clowns).

EDIT: Customer service was open until 2am so I called now. The representative told me I will not be billed until May 12th and there is an error in the listing of my account details online.
