Taking a Blu Ray screenshot...?

I like to take alot of movie screenshots and having Blu Ray, I like the idea of having a clear high definition image from any screenshots I take. In cyberlink PowerDVD the capture frame function is completely disabled and when I press the Printscreen key it does not save ANYTHING to the clipboard. Is this some sort of copyright thing? And if so WHY? What's so bad about taking print screens of your favourite movies for your own personal use?

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Betweew the protection and hardware acceleration - nothing will snag a screenie from a playing Blu-ray Disc.

That's what I thought. Thanks for the help guys. I did a little bit of digging into this last night, has this got anything to do with DRM by any chance ? Stupid Microsoft :'(.

Strange cause there was a thread a while ago with 1080 screenshots of movies. I remember the thread maker to even ask people what movies they would like him to take shots and upload. That thread went fine for a long time, it is certainly there burried in older threads.

ArcSoft Total Media makes screens easy form Blu-Ray's

I've bought Arcsoft Total Media Theatre and it still won't let me use the screen grab feature it's greyed out. It's a shame because the only reason I got it over the PowerDVD that came free with my Blu-ray drive IS because of that feature. Waste of money apparently.
