http://www.ipodnn.com/articles/08/09...en.ipod.touch/

http://www.ipodnn.com/articles/08/09...g.and.classic/

Not much has changed and nothing press worthy but a nice added touch.

What are you talking about there is no 160GB Ipod Touch. I got the 32GB Ipod Touch and it's the biggest memory available, or has this stuff been overtaken so fast ?

Pretty sure he's talking about a 160gb Classic.

Here's a question for current iPod users. Do you guys store your iTunes library on your computer hard drive? I'm thinking of storing everything on an external, but that's kind of a pain when your want to sync everything. I just need to upgrade my hard drive.

you could get two Zune 80gigs for that price

only thing apealing about the touch is the touch screen
Can't do web browsing/apps on the Zune though. Different strokes.

Its not just a touch screen mp3. You need to realize that it has Safari, Maps, and other neat stuff like the Apps Store which has some killer games like Crash Bandicot that I have on my iPhone 3G.

If you only want an mp3 player then go with the regular iPod or get a Zune, or a cheap mp3 player. Fact of the matter is the price can be justified with the features it has. Its nearly a pocket computer and you don't need an AT&T contract, thus the cost of the iPod Touch.

Your PS3 and/or Xbox 360 would look kind of silly sticking out of your pocket walking down the street.

Yea,

But i just cant justify that price. so it has some nifty features, but $400 for a mp3 player with only 32gigs of space???????????

Regardles of what extras it may have, i just dont see how you can justify that price for so little bit of space.

Like I said, different strokes. I use about half a gig of the 8 gb I have in my iPhone. It's everything else that makes it worth it.

Same here. I hope it's not just a consolidation of the 80GB and 160GB models into one 120GB model. It'd better have some new features or I'm not gonna consider buying it. Even so, I'd rather wait for the 80GB iPod Touch.

If i'm not mistaken the Zune is still using a typical hardrive with spinning platters like the ipod classic, where the ipod touch is using solid state memory just like the iphone.

Maybe, i dont know

But it works great , i got the 80gig for $250 never had a single problem with it

Although the Itunes store is way more advanced than the crappy zune store

i would prefer more space over fancy featuers

yup, microsoft doesn't have an answer to the touch yet. so you've gotta compare apples to apples
