Well a placeholder, that's something. So far it's a two film pack from America on Nov.10th, $24.29 - individual releases from Germany on Dec.3rd, 16.99 euro each - individual from Italy on Dec.10th, only 11.81 euro each. I'm only interested in BB2, & I really need it for a Christmas present (to me), so the Italian release is favourite right now, but I'd rather buy British, so see what happens.

Was that via Amazon? Did you have to pay extra tax?

I spied the Italian versions too, but together they're only a couple of quid less than the UK version at the moment, and that UK price is probably just a placeholder anyway. If it goes up then it's a different story, I'll get the Italian discs for sure.

Yeah, the price should nudge down a wee bit, but the wait 'till Jan. 25th & the two titles together, I can see me buying the Italian BB2.

Unhappy

I'm perfectly happy with my Bad Boys Zavvi exclusive, I'm not sure this remaster is going to make much difference. I'm only interested in the second film, I'm just going with the German release, seeing as it comes out before the Italian one.

After waiting this long for 2 I'm thinking I will just wait for the UltraHD release instead

No, it was DVDPacific. Cost £14.86 including shipping.

What's your issue? The difference won't be that big to warrant me buying it again.

For me it's not so much the 4K "difference" that I'm interested in but rather the dreadful colour on the current Blu-ray of BB1, skin tones can end up looking very yellow and discoloured. If this remaster corrects that alone I'll be very happy, if it brings the usual 4K-mastered benefits then that's gravy.

Aye, the current disc is shite. I can't even be arsed to put it in the cex pile.

Suppose I could fleece some poor sod for the mint slip.

Watched BB 2 yesterday as my US set arrived. Superb picture and sound throughout, absolutely stunning. Good lord though the movie is long. I used to love it so much i guess i forgave its length but it could easily shave about 15-20 minutes out and be better off for it. Still it is what it is and the main thing is that it looks and sounds great on Blu.

You replied, didn't you? The set only cost me £18.56 so that piece of shit film has paid for my remastered BB1 outright with a cherry on top. BB2 is now my favourite film, I wish I had more of them to sell

Jumped into BB2 last night and the whole family had an absolute ball. The funniest, dumbest, rudest and stupidest movie, but by god i adore it. Michael Bay's 2001

Oh and the transfer was drop-dead gorgeous

Congrats, great price, esp. when you can buy both films for that, & get BB2 cheaper from Amazon Italy in a few weeks. Someone out there obviously hates BB1 as much as you hate BB2.
