If you haven't seen The Departed, that'd be my first choice. Ghost Rider has awesome PQ and sound though, if that's what you're looking for (not to say Departed is bad). Crank, while having awesome PQ and sound, is a pretty sh*tty movie. Way below what I expected from Jason Statham, it's a rental at best. Back to Departed, I just watched it for the second time the other day and I absolutely fell in love with it. The first time I saw it I really liked it, but I don't know what did it for me the second time. I could watch it again right now. It's a great movie.

I will repeat what has been said by most others in this thread. The Departed is awesome.

I'd go with Kingdom of Heaven or Underworld Evolution if you wanted action movies, NIN beside you in time or Incubus Alive at Redrocks for music, or The Prestige for an all out mind f**k.

All good suggestions above:
I see you have PE in your collection already. If you're interested in documentaries/IMAX type movies you'll really like CHRONOS. Make sure you buy the version that states it plays on a PS3. Chicken Little and Open Season: The PQ is jaw-dropping good. Rup. |

If you're into sound quality, I second NIN, especially if you have the ability to listen to it in TrueHD. I forgot this had a TrueHD track until last night and I popped it in (I just got a new receiver a couple of weeks ago for HDMI/TrueHD/PCM/etc.) and MAN is it an improvement over the Dolby Digital! If you like NIN, this one will blow you away. PQ is good too, just not as exciting to watch (I guess) as a movie.

Transporter 2 , Sahara, Deja Vu, and Casino Royale all have great pq. Also if you like the movie Trading Places looks good for it's age. And I may be in the minority, but I actually enjoyed Crank. I'm not gonna watch it every day, but it's a good way to kill and hour and a half.
