Default Possible Firmware issue?

hey everyone I have the latest firmware upgrade for my sammy 1400. I have to BD titles that I have noticed that it has caused problems wiht they are I AM LEGEND, and Jumper. Before the update both played perfect. but since the update neither plays more then a half hour. just wantt o know if anyone else has this similar kind of issue. Yes I'm aware my player could be slightly faulty, And I do plan on getting a newer one or a 1500

What version are you running?

What update method did you use?
CD or network?

Did the player reset by itself after the FW update?

btw:
A friend of mine has the 1400 and besides the slow loading, he enjoys the great PQ it projects and since he's just using the optical out, it's all he needs for audio until he upgrades to an HDMI receiver later.

1. Access you setup menu and then post your FW version so we know what it is.

2. After a FW update, the player should have reset by itself.
If you turned off the player manually(power switch/remove power) on the last update, that could have corrupted the update.
