I wonder how this stack up to the german disc that have both versions also. This info says 3 versions though, theatrical, uncut and workprint or? Anyone know where they got the uncut frames from? The german disc is very low quality.

I don't think this has been clarified yet, but maybe if someone ask the label (I believe they have a Facebook page), they might answer there.

Personally, I'll wait the first reviews to ensure this is properly encoded at 1080p as announced. They announced a 1080p encode for Torso but actually encoded it at 1080i (thus the wrong speed). I've discussed this with the label, they never seemed to understand (sadly) why this is a wrong basic and how it projects a lack of care/respect from the label towards the movie released.

I understood their point which was that the PQ was good, exclusive extras were proposed, it was the uncut version, etc etc and they're right, it's a very good thing.

But they really didn't seem to understand how much of a basic it was to simply respect the speed of the movie.

This release looks to be pretty cool packaging wise. And it looks like it has been delayed due to an error with the discs. Maybe they did fix a 1080i issue?

The price is a bit high. I wonder if it will go down in price before it sells out.

Guess the price won't be dropping. I just noticed that it said there were only 3 copies left in stock. Decided to go ahead and order one. Now there are 2 copies left. Looking forward to this.

Note that it has been slightly delayed (to Feb 17th) because of a manufacturer fault.

Got my copy today. Never got a shipping notice so it was a nice surprise when it showed up. It's a nice looking package. Only downside is that the packaging is DVD sized. I tired to play the disc in my Oppo set to region A and it would not play. You're going to need to have a region B player to watch this one.

When I posted it, it was back in stock, I'm sure of it, I saw it on their website and a friend of mine bought his copy during this restock. But it was a month ago. Now it's gone.
