Outlander Season 1 issue? - Blu-ray Forum

Purchased an open copy of Outlander Complete First Season and redeemed the code fine. However, through Vudu, it only redeemed part 1. Has this ever happened? I can't go back or redo since the code is redeemed. I contacted UV since I redeemed through their site and chose Vudu (my primary source for streaming).

Curious if this has happened before (not too many shows are parted though..)

You'll probably end up having to contact Vudu support since that is where you ultimately redeemed. I see that Flixster has a redemption page for the full season but Vudu only has pages for the two volumes. That may be related to why it didn't redeem correctly on Vudu.

Noticed that after the redemption and felt like I caused myself more of a problem by choosing Vudu over Flixster. I contacted UV directly and they asked for an image of my slip, which I provided but then they kept immediately sending the same e-mail which has me confused..
