Did you guys watch Clue the movie in the theater?

I never did I was 10 yrs old at the time. However when it came on hbo I did �� I heard in the theaters they only showed one ending? Now did u have to go see it 3 times?

The Blu-ray and DVD offered the theatrical experience of a random ending chosen from three possible ones. These also have the home video version where it plays all three possible endings in a specific order, each seperated by a title card.

If you got to see it in a theater, you had to go to different theaters to see all three endings before home video. Each theater only got one print with one ending sent randomnly so you could go more than three times and still not see all three conclusions. Some theaters did advertise which ending they had to capitalize on the demand.

I remember seeing it in the theater. I was about 7 years old. I don't recall which ending we saw, though.
