Default Ultimate Comedy Pack NOT in stores?

Went to Best Buy and Target today and neither one had the comedy pack...

Anyone have any luck finding this in a store?

I ended up buying Sarah Marshall (i can hold off on the other two), but will take it back if need be. Thanks for any help!

Thats strange, i went to Future Shop to pick up Iron Man steelbook and they had 1 Unrated Comedy Pack on the shelf, it was 74.99. Best Buy also had it for 69.99.

I went to Walmart to pick up some of those 18.83 Blu-rays and i saw it on the Blu-ray rack for 68.83, so i picked that up too.

I guess some stores never got them.

i took the three movies up and made them price match it to the pack... my store didn't have a problem with it... on top of that I had them price it to walmart.com's much lower price of the pack.

I couldn't find it at my Best Buy either. It's sort of sucks because I love to watch those type of movies. Oh well I'm thinking I'll just buy FSM instead. Knocked up was OK and The 40 year old virgin I didn't like.

this was one of the best purchases I've made in a while. SO glad they were packaged individually and not 3 in one case. Bought mine from amazon.

Is Forgetting Sarah Marshall funnier than SuperBad and 40yr old Virgin? I was thinking about getting it.

Depends on sense of humour. I loved all three... Forgetting Sarah Marshall is more similar to 40 year old virgin than it is to SuperBad... IMO.

My Futureshop had exactly one boxset for $74.99 CDN. They did also have individual copies of FSM (like 10) and KU (only 2, at $26.99 CDN), but not 40YOV. Had I the ability the spend more cash than I did today, I would have gotten it in a heartbeat.

Are the special features the same as the individual releases?

I want to buy the comedy pack but don't want to miss the commentaries, line-o ramas, behind the scenes, etc..

But are you referring to the individual blu-rays sold in stores or the ones from the 3 movie comedy pack? I just want to make sure they're the same discs otherwise I'll just buy them in the store.

Amazingly enough, I was able to find it at Best Buy today. I was going in, and expecting to see them available individually, but it was right there in the front shelf. And for a good price too. 69.99 for three Blu-Rays.

I also wanted to pick up IRON MAN, THE THING and the original TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE. But IRON MAN's going to be around for a while, TEXAS CHAINSAW was apparently delayed, and while they had THE THING, I'm going to wait for next week, when YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN is out.

As for which one is funnier, it's more about personal taste than quality. Personally, I found KNOCKED UP to be the best of them all in terms of humor, character and emotion. I found it to be the most human of all three. And I never thought of the film as sexist. If anything, I found one of it's biggest assets is how it's just as much from the woman's POV as it is the mans. If you read Lisa Schwartzbaum's review, she nails it on the head exactly. But SARAH MARSHALL has a lot going for it as well. Any movie that makes Mila Kunis charming is nothing short of a miracle. And VIRGIN is a great comedy-comedy. While the chest waxing scene has achieved immortality, I always liked the Planned Parenthood scene, and the one dad who actually embarrassed to be there.

"Oh shut up, Seth. We went to temple."
"You'd tap that? You'd tap that? What, with your little jew fro?"

And we know that the three discs are packaged seperately in the box set, and we know that the BD's for sale on stand alone are loaded with extras.

But are the box set BD's the same packaging and extras as the stand alone ones?

Thanks!

It does not, but it's not like it matters. The slip cover artwork is identical (just without the "The Perfect Hi-Def Movie Experience" banner at the bottom).

I had FSM reserved at MovieStop and decided to go for the 3-pack instead (as it seemed like the other 2 movies were worth upgrading from my HD DVDs due to them both containing the Unrated & Theatrical versions).
