I believe it's just a protective sleeve which they include with almost every steelbook they release; can see it mentioned on non-FAC releases as well.

I would say do it. FA has put out some very high quality releases and shipping cost through the GBs is quite a bit less than what it would be through direct ordering from FA.

Also signed up for the GB. Gotta keep my FAC number on lock
