Default Help regarding inserting pictures

How do I insert a picture into a post?

When I try, a box pops up asking for the "URL of the image" where the picture is located. But it is located on my computer. Is there a way to load a picture from my computer into a post?

the way to do it is to use another website such as photobucket.com.. load the photo there, then they'll give you a image URL.. then just copy that link here..
