I wasn't even at home. I was at work. Took my Ipad with me. Turned my cell into a mobile hotspot so I could connect my Ipad to it. Got on at 9pm from work and ordered a full slip when it went live. No problems, checkout went smooth.

Well, it took 20min for the FS to sell out compared to 2 for the Lenticular. I even spent 15 min contemplating getting it but in the end couldn't justify it.

Until you hit submit on PayPal, that movie in your cart is anybodies for the taking. It's the same most places...even ebay. I was buying something yesterday, as I clicked to submit the payment I got 'This seller no longer has this item' message. There is no hold over the goods until the payment has been made.

After paying for the FAC version, decided before it went live that I couldn't justify (or afford) buying another copy with the same WWA steel so passed on it. Looks like I made the right choice in not trying for it

If anyone grabbed a second copy of the Lenti and feel like parting with it, send me a PM. Probably a long shot but decided to take it. I did order the FS so I'm not completely empty handed but man, hard not to love the image on the Lenti.

I could have gotten the lenti, it was available when I logged on. But I didn't actually want the lenti, wanted the full slip so I'm happy that I could actually get it.

silly question - i have ordered a number of times from kimchi - this time (thursday night when martian when up for sale) i got my order in - my credit card was charged via paypal - my order is showing pending in my account information - but i never got a confirmation email about the order (other than the paypal successful payment made email)...

anyone else ever had this with kimchi?

I've only used them a few times and have only had one paying issues but I still received the email that time as well as the others.

Have you emailed them to make sure everything went trough ok? Send order number with it I'm sure someone who has more experience with them will be along soon.

Then you've got no problem, it's just a matter of time before you receive a confirmation e-mail from Kimchi, I guess

My last order with them for fifth Element, I never got an email. Just a paypal payment confirmation email and then an email when it shipped.

edit- In fact looking over my old emails Ive never gotten a confirmation email, only paypal/shipping ones shrug

Wow.. i finally managed to pay for the "lenti" after accidentally picking wire transfer. Tony let me pay with paypal 24 hours later, i feel pretty damn lucky this actually worked out for me considering this sold out in seconds.

I also just paid mine. However my only choice was wire transfer. I determined that my connection had to of been slow because the day after I was able to get the Fifth Element lenti with no problem.
