Default Mad Max: Fury Road Steelbook (HDzeta Special Edition Gold Label No.9) (China)

Any idea why the Full slip version does not include a booklet at all? I would expect it would be about the same price as the lentis, so besides preference, why would anybody choose it over the lentis? Unless it will be much cheaper...

It seems to be the new way of doing from Blufans or HDzeta since yet a few months now. As customers prefer to buy lenti versions it's more interesting for the editors to sell more copies which cost to them $2 more than the fullslip version.

Do it. It's a phenomenal book. Very fun to look through.

I actually like the art on the Best Buy steel more, I think. The "Max on the ridge" photo they're using here was used for everything, so I like the uniqueness of the BB one. Plus I prefer steels that aren't full gloss like this.

When do preorders go live? The website is kind of a pain.

I don't like how the full slip doesn't have a booklet or even a title. Seems cheap and lazily thrown together, including the design (just a pre-existing promotional image).

The lentis are wicked though, I can't decide which one to get. Leaning towards Type B because I've seen Type A so many times.

I'm wondering if this release means other retailers will follow soon.

Apparently, if they can't get the 4K bluray for this release, they will do a boxset for the One-Click

That's interesting news!
If it happens, won't that make this the first 4K steelbook release on the planet?
Or did I miss one(or several) somewhere else?

Yeah I think you're right ! But honestly I'd prefere to get the boxset than the 4K bluray (that I can get anywhere..)

All individual releases in one easy-to-order package. That's how normal retailers like Plain work anyway. Others tend to add special items to the "one-click", that aren't available individually, so you feel obligated to buy them
