Glue on steelbook

Hi dear people,

So I took my Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence DVD steelbook out of storage for viewing and taking off the security sticker left a whole lot of sticky residue on the case itself. Any ideas on how to get it off safely without damaging the steelbook itself? Will try a damp cloth first... Do no have access to Goo Gone and other similar products

Try some 91% rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth-it'll take any adhesive residue off with no damage.
