5.1 Headphones

Hey everyone, I'm in school to be a Recording Artist and I'm in the market for an awesome pair of 5.1 surround headphones. I'm not super worried about price or anything, I just want the best for what I spend.
Has anyone had any experience with any sets? I will mainly be using them for music but if it sounds awesome with movies or games then, amen to that.

Any help would be appreciated!

your money would be better spent on a good pair of stereo headphones, since there is very little difference anyways, aside from huge markup on "surround sound" headphones

Here's a pair. I can tell you from experience surround sound headphones aren't gimmicks. In games like Call of Duty 4, you can accurately detect where the enemy is and where other things of the nature of war are (grenades, airstrike, helicopter, flash grenades, ect.).

I didn't know Sony had these available. I am in the market for a good pair of wireless headphones
