Here on this site it says LEGENDS OF TOMORROW is 2 discs thats 8 episodes on one disc. Usually there was 6 episodes. Now they have 8 episodes on a BD 50 disc. Is this gonna be a problem with PQ and AQ now or can a BD 50 disc really hold 6-7 hours worth of material without damaging PQ and AQ ?

Edit: here is review (The Originals S2) from a 3 disc 22 season so also 8 episodes on a BD 50 disc
its given a nice score for the PQ but the reviewer lists 4 discs and i am very confused about that. Because i really don't think it ever came out in 4 discs, it was 3 discs so he must be confused

Thanks. I feared the worst. But it looks quite good and its like the earlier sets. The reviewer gave it 4.5/5 the audio seems good as well with 4.5/5. Now i am more calm by these 3 -2 discs sets with 22-23 episodes. But still weird that Gotham s2 is still getting 4 discs.

I only caught about five episodes of this. I thought it was good to great. Mostly good, but obviously something that also didn't hold my attention to keep up with it during the season. (The Flash Season Two was the only CW series I made the time to catch up on and see through entirely.) IGN gave the overall season a high grade, so I'm in for picking this up to binge watch, hopefully before S2 starts.

I had mixed feelings about this show, on one end there was some really great moments but it also had some really stupid moments too.
I'll be getting this given I own the other Arrowverse shows on Blu-ray. I'm really hoping season 2 is better than season 1

CW apparently wasn't happy with the ratings with season 1, they confirmed a 13 episode season 2

They haven't said that. I think LOT was always intended for shorter runs with their premise

According to Deadline, Legends of Tomorrow S2 has a 13-episode order with an option for more (up to 9 additional episodes would be my guess, to give it a 22-episode season).

According to this article though, it's going to be 22 just like the other DCW shows.

The link you provide states the same thing the other sites do but leaves out the part where Legends only has 13 episode like the above poster mentioned.

http://comicbook.com/2016/08/11/lege...episode-order/

Quote:
The second season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow will air this Fall in the 8pm Thursday timeslot it started in, anchoring the four DC Comics based shows on The CW, which own that time Monday-Thursday. However, unlike the other three seasons that received full 22-episode season orders, Legends of Tomorrow got only a 13-episode order. That news came down directly from The CW President Mark Pedowitz today at the TCA presentation from the network. This season introduces the team of heroes: the Justice Society of America and team of villains: the Legion of Doom.

That's three less episodes than the first season, which did get criticized for pacing issues throughout. "[Legends] didn't perform as well as it should have" in its first season, Pedowitz said. He admitted that they "made mistakes" in the series, but he feels like they've "been fixed for season two."

While it is only starting with thirteen episodes, Legends does have the possibility of gaining more; The CW kept the option of a "back nine" order, or even just ordering a few more depending on how their schedule shapes up. The CW's schedule is also fairly crowded, especially when it comes to mid-season premieres, so that may prevent more from coming.

Fellow Fall premiere Crazy Ex-Girlfriend also has a 13-episode order for this, its second, season. Every mid-season show: iZombie, The 100, Riverdale (based on Archie Comics), and The Originals are 13-episode seasons as well. Summer show Reign got a 16-episode pickup.

At least one of the time-traveling Legends episodes will be dedicated to a four-show crossover between Supergirl, The Flash, and Arrow as well. All four DC shows premiere the first week of October, 2016 at 8pm Monday-Thursday.

Given the number of shows CW has put on hold for midseason and CW not being thrilled with season one ratings, I think additional episodes are possible but I seriously doubt Legends is getting a full season order

Disappointed their isn't a Lenticular slip like Flash: S1 and Supergirl: S1, at least.

I bet this sits on shelves for a while, unless they low print.

I still see Arrow and Flash in my local spots.
