Help with Bluray.com E-mails and notifications - Blu-ray Forum

Hello all. I am having difficulty with bluray.com e-mails and notifications for movies. Bluray.com recently did a site upgrade and since that time, I have been unable to receive my daily e-mails regarding bluray price drops and sales. Additionally, I do not receive any notification for movies that I know I have put requests in for pre-order. I have done my best to search for a topic related to this issue but can find none.

Can someone please point me in the direction or help me solve this problem? I would be really helpful. THANK YOU!
