It's the video store itself then, it's not the manufacturer, they wouldn't do that.

+1 sounds like stupid employees at the video store and not the distributor.

They have been recalled for some reason. Maybe not this reason, but for some reason.

I work for a local movie store and just opened them 10 minutes ago, all three copies are in green incredible hulk cases just with the wrong disc inside, so I'm assuming it from our disturbor who gets their product from the studio. I hoping this is just a small batch that was screwed up.

There is a recall underway.

The thread on AVS confirms a recall for a "defect", but we don't know if this is in fact that particular defect or a separate issue.

Then obviously my comment didn't apply to you as I was basing my information on what was posted at the time and not what you posted after what I posted.

...he said he had "opened" them in his initial post. He was just as clear with that post.

He clarified that he got it directly from the distributor and not picked it off the shelf. Also, in his second post he points out that he opened them '10 minutes' ago to indicate a timeline of 'newness' compared to his initial that didn't lead to any time comparision which could indicate that they've been opened before and been replaced.
