Default anyone know what I can get for this?

I have a Sony PFM-42B2U to get rid of and no matter how much I search I cant get any good info. It's an HD plasma professional monitor that still seems to be getting pretty good prices. Can anyhone help me with some info?

Call them and find out how much they charge for a new one. That will give you the upper limit. Is the TV still in production?

You can download their brochure and all the specs from their site and use them for promotion. You need to convince people why it is advantageous to buy a professional monitor as opposed to the regular TVs available in local stores.

According to this reviewer, the cost of a new one is around $5,000. He gives it a value rating of 91.

I don't know anything about this site. However, they have an offer to sell the TV for $1,800.

Don't mean to burst your bubble, but I wouldn't ask for much more than $500. Your set is what, 6 years old? Sure, back in '02 the MSRP was $5K, but plasmas have progressed by leaps and bounds since then. According to the specs, it's not even 1080p. You can buy a brand new Pany 1080p for <$1K these days.
