Yes, I used them a few times and they are very reliable. Shipping takes about a week to 10 days (in Europe) and their cs is very friendly and cooperative. Their prices aren't always the best, but at least they don't care much about release dates

tower.com are better priced than Axel. I just bought Sin City from Axel because there is no USA release of it, otherwise I would have gotten it from tower every day of the week.

They are great if you are in the UK
Most of my stuff is ordered from them.

As a bonus, I have not paid any import taxes on box sets ordered from them either!

yeah they deliver really quick if youre in uk and you can order what you want without having to worry about going over £18 for customs and vat and royalmail fees as theyre redirected to you when they get over here.Ive recieved ironman and indy from them.Actually my dog ripped my ironman up when it came through the door so i had to lie and say id recieved it damaged and they sent me replacement case and cover straight away.

Yeah but to order from tower you have to live in the US dont you? Axel is a great place to import US titles to Europe!

No, but by the time you get your discs; Blu-Ray has been dead for several years, cars run on water and man has colonized Mars.
