Incredible Hulk Blu-ray Question/Lie! - Blu-ray Forum

Okay, I distinctly remember before The Incredible Hulk even hit theaters that they were boasting it would include the theatrical version as well as another version (presumably the one Norton wanted) with 70 extra minutes of footage. Well I bought the movie and it seems to me that NO ONE else has noticed this lack of film. I guess they just lied?

There were a ton of deleted scenes. No extra cut though, yep.

40 mins is not 70 mins.

Extended cut will be released later is the rumor I've heard

Plans don't always work out. It's less that he lied and more that he spoke too soon.

It can't be a lie if it was always a rumor.

There was never any confirmation, either way - just speculation derived from vague comments made by un-named sources.

I also remember the studio saying that a BD would be included in the purchase of a BD. I got 2 digital copies in mine. Not that it is a big deal, but I was gong to watch it tonight after work, now I will have to wait until tomorrow.

That's sucks man. Up here in Canada we have to wait till Friday because pretty much all of our copies have the 2003 Hulk Blu inside them. Someone wasn't checking that day

Dammit, I was really looking forward to the extra footage!

Mine is on it's way from Amazon. I do have a question, is the alternate ending worked right into the movie or is it in the special features?

I think Sony will be seeing that very few people are willing to double dip on Casino Royale just for an extra documentary. What we WILL double dip on is an extended/director's/unrated cut.

This is why it wasn't on Superman Returns, this is why it wasn't on Incredible Hulk, and I don't care what Fox says, this is most likely why it wasn't on Live Free or Die Hard as well.

When I bought the original Event Horizon DVD, I opened it to discover....an empty case. The first thing I thought was "they are never going to believe this at Best Buy". The worst part was that I bought the last one so I couldn't just do an exchange. After a lot of convincing they let me get a different DVD but it pissed me off I had to go through all that.

It's part of the special features.

That sucks more, at least I was able to make the change, a hastle for me, but much worse for you.

I returned my 1st BD copy of Hulk, and this time got one with 2 copies of the BD and no digital copy. I guess it balances out. I now have a copy to trade. I made a cope of the cover and put it in a case, i will also give the slip cove to anyone interested in a trade.
