I can't tell you how long I've been waiting for some unique HP Steels to come out. I figured they would bring something out this year celebrating the release of Fantastic Beasts.

These covers are gorgeous. Absolutely stunning. Warner are also rereleasing the DVD's and Blu-rays (same images as the French Steelbooks).

Fortunately HMV have been sensible and are splitting the release dates. Fortunate for my wallet too. The first four will be released 8 August 2016 while the latter will release 24 October.

I think the artwork is extremely generic. These will definitely go cheaper than original sale price quickly.

Edit: I mean the cover art, the inside art is nice.

As believed elsewhere these steels are exclusive in EU to HMV design. The French ones are believed to be amarays apparently.

HMV are just about to announce a new deal for them. If you re-order each batch of 4 you can now get them for £60. It works now, I have just reordered

The French steels have different artwork, but regardless these designs are also available at Amazon.it, and Amazon.de so not an EU exclusive

The first six steelbooks look pretty. Part 1 and Part 2 however look far too dark, even if it matches the tone of those films.
