Yeah after years and years of hearing nothing but hype for this show, I have only been disappointed at every turn.

The "similarities" between Alias and Chuck continue to pile up with each passing episode.

I do like several of the casting choices though, even if I was 80% Sidney's mother would end up being Lena Olin since I kept seeing her husband Ken's name as the executive producer during the first season, so no real surprise there but since I am a fan of Lena's work I actually didn't mind it.

David Anders is always fun to watch to, I had never seen him before Heroes and now that he's no longer on Vampire Diaries it's nice to see him again. He's a talented dude.

I never knew his name before but I've found Kevin Weisman who plays Marshall quite amusing since I first saw him in Clerks II as the Lord of the Rings geek who threw up after being taunted about the movies, lol. Though no matter how many times I see him I just can't get used to his appearance. I always assumed he was a dwarf who was just standing on a chair during Clerks II, because he has such a large head and such short arms. He seems to have very dwarfish features, yet as I clearly see here on Alias he is of normal height. So I remain puzzled by his appearance...

While I found the first season to be very weak, predictable and rather a chore to get through, I have found myself pleasantly surprised with season 2 just as I was about to give up hope. This season has been much stronger than the first, the guest casting has been fantastic, and the overall story arcs have been far more solid. I've found myself surprised on several occasions now. While I was watching the Ethan Hawke episode, I kept thinking how much I am really looking forward to his new show and hope it gets reworked in time to debut by mid-season. But anyways I said now that 'Breaking In' is pretty much dead as well it would be awesome if they could get Christian Slater. And what do I find in the very next episode? Why Christian Slater.

Question "Alias - The Complete Collection" a.k.a. the Rambaldi artifact box (RC 1)

Hi there!

I know I'm very late to the party but I just started watching "Alias" and enjoy it tremendously!

Therefore I'd like to ask you a question on the "Alias - The Complete Collection" a.k.a. the Rambaldi artifact box (RC 1), please:

Does it include 29 or 30 DVDs?
I'm confused because I found both numbers in numerous places.
I know the first four regular season sets include six discs each while the fifth season consists of four discs. So the "Endgame" bonus disc would be the 29th disc. But what about the alleged 30th one?
According to http://www.dvdcompare.net/comparison....php?fid=10463 "Alias: The Complete Fifth Season" was released as a five disc set in region 2 but featured the same content as the region 1 version, just spaced out over one more disc. So, does this mean the 30 discs version of "Alias - The Complete Collection" is just region 2? Or is there any exclusive content on disc #30?
But according to http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/reviews/...te-Series/6051, e.g., the region 1 set consists of 30, not 29 discs.

Thanks a lot in advance for your clarification!
