Tell me about it. I don't expect to keep this one on my watch list. Thing is, the writers and Aaron Korsh deliberately rote it this way and I think it's a disastrous decision. I don't expect the ratings for this show to go anywhere but down. Far as Mike Ross goes, I think that's just going to become another "Shawshank Prison" without the jailbreak. I just don't see USA coming out on top for this one.

I disagree with kemcha's comments. I think with this show the premise of Mike being a fake lawyer could only go so far. We're 6 seasons in already. I think him ending up in prison is a natural progression of the story. Mike is finally paying for his mistakes and was taking the fall for Harvey, who hired him. I think it's fine they took this approach and than have the show run in circles with new cases of the week and Mike experiencing happiness. The characters and situations needed to progress into something more realistic.
Yes, I know Suits started out as a quirky law procedural. Now it's evolved into a very dark drama and I realize some of you don't like how it's changed. And yes I know there's a lot of yelling on this show. I personally think it's changed for the better. I think we're heading to the homestretch of this show now. Whether or not season 6 is the final season remains to be seen. There's still 15 more episodes left of this season going into next year. |

I have been a big fan of Suits since its inception, and we all know Mike deserved to get punished for what he has done, despite the fact we all like him.
They should have closed with him going to prison and the partners losing the firm. Not going to prison with a twist and the partners acting out of character and getting high |

I watched the latest episode and I have to say I don't feel bad for Harvey, Jessica and Louis. They did something wrong, now they have to pay for it. But you know somehow they'll get out of this mess.
This is almost as bad as the showrunners on Dexter who thought he was a noble and just superhero who should never have to pay for the things he did. |

I've officially dropped this series. Just caught the second episode and it was another 42 minutes of my time wasted. It was like 42 minutes of video footage with no plot. Least I've finally turned onto Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D.

I don't have a problem with this season so far... everyone seems to be acting in character, according to the new status quo. I was surprised they sent Mike to prison, though... it seems like something they would have held out until the end as a threat to hold over him in a two-part finale... but it's interesting to see where they will go with this.
Mike could end up getting out of prison and working for the investment firm that is leasing office space there. |

The Mike stuff got interesting. There's the potential for his friend to become his enemy and his enemy to become his friend.
But this stuff with Harvey and Louis always being hot-headed and creating new enemies is getting old. Also, what are the odds that the person Rachel gets off death row has it out for one of the other characters? |

Mike doesn't have to do anything. His cellmate only has to think he's going to turn on him to set something into motion where all hell breaks loose. Half of the drama on the show stems from misunderstandings or wrongly assuming what someone else is doing.

Suits has been renewed for a 7th season. It'll be interesting to see where the show goes when Mike gets out of prison but can't practice law.

![]() Well, I'm pleasantly surprised that it's coming back for at least 1 more season. It's still doing relatively well for cable standards. I think the Deadline.com article says it gets around 3M viewers with DVR playback factored in. Yeah It will be interesting to see where it goes with Mike. |

So what's the twist with Rachel's case? Obviously there won't just be a feel good story here.
Does Rachel find out he's guilty after she gets him out? Is he innocent but kills the real killer when he's released and then winds back up in prison? Does Rachel free him but he gets killed before he can be released? Will his case somehow ended up tied in with Gallo in some convoluted way? |
