Well I have always been served ok with the previous pre-orders I have received from Amazon even though several have shown as region B only. When they arrived they turned out to be ABC. So fingers crossed this will be likewise.

I purchased Agent Carter Season 1 from Amazon UK which also stated "Region B" but it was actually Region-Free...Amazon need to get their act together

They have been the same for years nothing is going to change, from their point of view I guess it doesn't really matter as they are a UK retailer and the UK is Region B.

Any reason in particular you are considering the UK release?

What did you do in those cases when they were region B?

Did not have any. But got a couple of Region A Amazon DE (Germany), but I have a Toshiba Blu player that I can change regions on although it is a bit convoluted. BTW I am B originally.

I will take my chances and if it pans out to be region B I hope the return process will be smooth

It will be region free, willing to put money on it but any reason in particular you want the UK release over the US?

Same with Legends of Tomorrow, which I have also pre-ordered

Are they not normally quite cheap come release day due to the likes of Best Buy and Target undercutting each other?

Not the 3D titles.
And titles like Legends of Tomorrow, I highly doubt they will be even distributed to large stores like Best Buy and Target
