Just picked up both seasons for around $16 + tax on Amazon. Does anyone know if this is a rip of the remastered DVD set or the 2001 DVD set? Based on the appearance of episode 1, I'd guess the latter, but who knows?

Most of it is Video Tape. Outdoor shots are 16mm but no one knows if it still exists.
The final master (video and 16mm footage combined) of the show was a tape.

Cant See the Problem if you Look at what they DId for the Farscape Blu rays

granted that is a fair time difference
