Default Looking for a good 40-43" 4k TV

I'm considering buying a 40-43" (preferably a 40") 4k TV even though I have no plans on buying UHD Blu-rays or a 4k blu-ray player this year but I want some future proof for at least a couple of year. I would prefer a 40" over a 43" TV due to my sitting distance but if a certain 43" TV is much better than what's available in any 40" TV then I will consider a 43" TV. I don't have a TV in my bedroom right now and I'm using my 23" 1080p IPS monitor as a TV that sits on my computer desk. My maximum budget is $700 but I would prefer to spend no more than $500 on a TV. I narrowed it down to 3 choices I'm considering and here they are:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpa...=960&keys=keys

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-...&skuId=5069100

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-43-cl...&skuId=4973347

Features I want:

low input lag for gaming
HDR
24p support
good contrast ratios
good response times
good viewing angles
option to turn off dynamic contrast
no dynamic backlight dimming or at least the option to turn it off

The Samsung has no HDR so you're not going to get a future proof set with that one. It may be the pricey option but the Sony is probably your best best of the 3.

Seems what you really need is a 4K computer monitor with HDMI inputs for TV watching via a STB. but those will not be priced at $500 for good reason unless you go with a Korean panel.

Example:
https://www.amazon.com/WASABI-MANGO-...n%3A3547809011

No HDR but you can't beat a 5ms input for gaming.

If I'm going to buy a 4K screen I'm going to get one with HDR. It also must have a special film mode in the menu to display 24p sources without juddering as it will be used for watching blu-rays as well. There is no 4k monitor currently that does 24p mode or has a 120 Hz refresh rate. Also I'm looking for a TV that does look good in Game Mode for movies as well or allows me to assign Game Mode to a specific HDMI port so I don't have to go to the menu to switch Game Mode on or off each time I want to play a game or watch a movie. It must also have great upscaling for 1080p sources as I'm not ready to buy a 4k blu-ray player or an Xbox One S. I might buy the Sony one that I listed here.

I check Samsung's website and it has HDR Pro. I'm still thinking about getting the Sony over the Samsung.
