The following was emailed from Playstation underground:

Well, there you go. Whomever wants to see what Home is about, Qore is the way in once again.

home is free. You can pay to buy an episode of Qore which gives you early access if you don't have access already by other means.

Um, a Qore annual subscription costs money, therefore making you pay for home.

You also paid for all those demos that you just get from a europe account. So much for exclusive content..

P.S. Those wanting in via PTOM. That is usually a couple of weeks behind, and you never get any of the exclusive BETAs, only demos...

Nobody's forcing you to buy Qore just as nobody's forcing you to preorder Reisistance 2 for beta access, you can just wait for the open release of home.

Ummm, no. I had NO idea about being able to get in a Home beta because I'm a Qore subscriber. I did it for the video service and the Calling All Cars game. Therefore, anything else is free. NO ONE knew a Home Beta invite would be included at any point.

I didn't have to preorder to get into the R2 beta. That is how Insomniac is.

No ones forcing me to buy Qore, but how long till Home comes out its been YEARS since its been announced, it could be another year.

Are you intentionally ignoring the fact that there's already been multiple methods of entry to the home beta?

If home was another year off do you really think they'd have been rolling it out to so much more of the public over the last few months, and now?

I forgot people are crazy and can't wait to get free things. So they assume you have to pay for it, because they have to have it when it's first available.
