"PI" series.....Mid/Late 80's. - Blu-ray Forum

I can barely remember this show. Did a you tube search and got nothing. I thought it was made by Micheal Mann after he hit with Miami Vice. Very Noir, bright colors, old school detective stuff. Anyone?

It's Crime Story. The whole series is on DVD.

Related to Miami Vice, there was a similar show to Crime Story from that show's creator called Private Eye, which had a young Josh Brolin in the cast. That was canceled after one season and the episodes are near-impossible to find.

I mind watching the Brolin show back in the 80s. Might have been a mid season replacement but failed to get picked up.

Crime Story was Mann's best work.
