I always thought Criterion would eventually release this, perhaps with some new extras, but I caved in long ago and grabbed the Eureka release. Oh well.

I thought one of the New Years drawings from CC was, at one time, thought to be a clue for Two For the Road but it turned out to be for Il Sorpasso or something. I absolutely love this film ever since I first saw it on a airline flight many, many years ago. I particularly like
[Show spoiler]the way the different timelines in their lives are shown transitioning from one to another.
So clever.

Finally, another Audrey Hepburn movie on Blu.

Now, someone kick the Paramount vaults open for Roman Holiday.

Hopefully they'll port over the commentary from the Fox laserdisc and DVD that's also on the Eureka BD. The Eureka BD has a fairly lengthy video interview with Freceric Raphael at his house in France that I assume Eureka produced, which I suspect TT won't be able to access, but this is one of my favorite films, so I'll definitely be rebuying it.

Fox premiered a 4K restored scan at the TCM Fest in 2012, so presumably that's what was used for the Eureka disc and will be used for this one as well. I'm astonished they never released it themselves, when they released lots of lesser films.

I still remember seething when it was winning for a while in the online vote they had for classic films to be on BD, until at the last minute swarms of John Wayne fans voted and put a couple of obscure Wayne films I had never heard of over the top, pushing Two For The Road aside.

Glad to see it finally getting a US release.

Limited to 3000. That probably makes it harder to get a hold of, right?

It's not that hard, you'll be able to order it at http://www.screenarchives.com or http://www.twilighttimemovies.com

Despite its limited nature, this won't sell out any time soon though as you appear to be an Audrey Hepburn fan, I'm sure you'll want to order it right away.

Nope.

Most TT titles never sell out their run of 3,000.

Plus, in the case of this title there has been a region B disc out in the UK for a couple of years already, so some will have already picked up that one.

Named my youngest daughter Audrey and already picked up the Region B.
No need for me to double dip. This is my favorite of her films.
Due to the disjointed storytelling, this may not be for all.
