Finding Nemo Direct TV question - Blu-ray Forum

I was watching Finding Nemo on Disney Channel HD. so my question is. was it in true 720p HD or DVD upconverted quality. it did not say if it was in HD but it was on a HD channel. I want Finding Nemo on Blu-ray. if it is in HD put it on Blu-ray NOW!!!

you have a couple of questions going on.....

YES, some movies are presented in HD quality, but not on Blu-ray yet.

If you want it on Blu-ray..... I'm sure there are many others who do also.... check the "wish list" forum

It was supposed to be released next week with Wall-e, but got pushed back until spring. There are not a lot of Pixar Films, so they are releasing them slowly...

If it was on Disney HD and the DirecTV guide did not indicate it was broadcast in HD, the chances are very likely you were watching an SD upconvert.
