Wait, is Superbad's commentary REALLY not on the iTunes version??? It's on the blu-ray but I was hoping to pick up the digital version to listen to it.

Superbad doesn't have Extras at all...
You can preview the Extras (just the menus) in iTunes for all movies that have them, so just keep checking it (or wait for someone here to mention it). No idea if Sony is planning Extras on that one or not...

Sony has been putting Extras on the unrated/extended version of many of their iTunes movies. Superbad Unrated has Extras while the theatrical does not. As stated, no commentary though for Superbad

I can confirm the unrated version of Spy includes commentaries, and also another to add to the list is The Martian extended edition (both of those actually include 2 tracks, one for theatrical and one for extended/unrated, but it seems to be mostly the same commentary just edited differently to fill in for the extra scenes in the extended versions).

Also on the Itunes store, Eye in the Sky is advertised as having an exclusive director's commentary (indeed, does not seem to be on the upcoming blu ray disc based on announced special features).

Star Trek 1-10 Just updated with iTunes extras!!! A bunch of them have commentaries. Think I'll pick it up now at $50 for ten movies, was waiting for the extras.
