Is there a significance between the blue and turquoise colors?

The majority of Wii U games seem to have a blue stripe at the top, but some have a turquoise ones. Are these significant?

It kind of looks like they uploaded the turquoise looking jpg file with CMYK properties instead of RGB. Browsers cannot properly represent CMYK jpg files causing the colors to look messed up.

Thanks. I was thinking maybe it was similar to the alt covers Nintendo uses for "Selects" titles. The JPEG mishap makes sense.
