Default Amazon question

I have a question that I realize is not relevant to blu-ray...however, I'm looking to pick up a new TV and noticed an incredible price on big river but have very little experience with purchasing big ticket items from on online company. I've read that many of you have purchased through this company and was wondering what your experience was? Are my odds of getting a 'lemon' online the same as purchasing from a store, such as BB? Are the products as good? If there is a problem, is it easy to return?

Any input would be much appreciated and again, I apologize this isn't a direct question relating to blu-ray, but it's clear most of you have experience and could help.

Thanks!

I've bought 4 tvs on amazon and every time the experience has been great. The odds of getting a lemon are no better or worse than from a b & m store, it's an unopened box. They are the exact same models as the b & m stores. However, if you did have to return the tv it could be more difficult as you'd have to schedule a pick-up and if you returned it for a reason other than it was defective you'd likely have to pay the freight company. Though I've never had any problems with my tvs amazon has always had great customer service when I've contacted them.
