Default Gremlins and Goonies?

I'd really like to see Warner Bros. release Gremlins and Goonies on Blu-Ray. These are two of my favorite movies growing up. How wicked would it be to the the Truffle Shuffle in Hi Def, or to see Gizmo driving that Barbie care in Hi Def...

Would also like to see Ferris Bueller's Day Off too...If you have the means I highly recommend picking this one up...

I know what scene I would play in Ferris again and again and again....

I love that film, the author supposedly wrote it after spending time at Clairemont High here in SD. I can really identify with that film.

Edit: Whoops wrong film! I meant Fast Times at Ridgemont High

clairemont? ghetto. all about mt. carmel.

to the OP you post a lot of these "movies i wanna see threads". but i do agree about these movies. i do think there is an "unreleased titles i want to see" thread. i'd go find it but i'm watching the warriors, and it looks amazing.

I'd love to see all three as well. The Goonies might be ready to go, considering the DVD was just done in 2004 and looked pretty good based on memory. But Warner might need Spielberg's go ahead. From my memory of The Gremlins DVD, I'm less optimistic that the master is up to the task for that one. If Paramount remastered Ferris for the 2006 SE, it's probably good to go too.

Goonies is off the chain! That's the one movie from my childhood that doesn't leave me saying "That wasn't as good as I remember."

LOL, I am mixing up the film with Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Whooops! I'd love to see both of Fasttimes and Ferris in HD.

Goonies is a prime PIP canidate, since they taped the whole commentary, and only had space for snippets on the DVD

This was the first thing that came to mind when the whole PIP HD DVD/BD thing came out. Probably the only one I'd care about seeing.
