A few that come to mind:

The final line from Chinatown, just after Faye Dunaway has been killed, Walsh leans in to Gittes (Nicholson) and says, "Forget it Jake, it's Chinatown." The entire film is summed up in that final line.

Also a final exchange between Ralph Bellamy and Lee Marvin at the end of The Professionals when Marvin sends Claudia Cardinale (Bellamy's wife) back to Mexico with Jack Palance, breaking the contract with Bellamy.

Marvin: "You sent us to save a wife from a nasty old kidnapper who just happens to be you."
Bellamy: "You bastard!"
Marvin (as he gets up on his horse to leave): "Yes sir. In my case an accident of birth. But you sir, you're a self made man."

There are so many great lines from The Big Sleep but the one that always gets me is when Marlowe (Bogart) is referring to Carmen Sternwood flirting with him and he says: "She tried to sit in my lap while I was standing up."

There is one piece of dialogue from Blood Diamond that always stuck with me when Leonardo DiCaprio is basically telling Jennifer Connelly his life story and he talks about watching his parents get slaughtered and all the carnage he has seen in his life and he ends it with: "Sometimes I wonder if God will forgive us for what we do to each other. Then I look around and realize that God left this place a long time ago." That speech gets me every time.

This has most definitely been mentioned before, but I'm a fan of the "Tears In Rain" monologue from BR. I genuinely believe it's as good as anything that can be found in even the so-called highest of literature.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.
