need help on incredible hulk - Blu-ray Forum

i bought it when it first came out and was goin to watch it last night. had sound at the main menu and then when the movie started it had no sound. so went back this morning to the same target did the exchange and samething happen. could it be a bad batch? all my other blu rays work. please help, thank you

on the third exchange now, so if i got to set up and select 2.0 dolby digital it works and i have full surround sound. but i cant select dts mode. why is it i cant select dts with no sound on my ps3. but i can have full surround on 2.0 mode?

Try resetting the PS3 audio options meaning, setup the audio connection (HDMI, optical, etc.) again and the supported modes again or let it auto select them again. See if that helps.
