Default Disturbia

I saw this in the theatre and thought it was ok. Kind of a regurgitated plot and all, but it moved really well, good humor, and his neighbor is HOT!!! I hadnt seen a thread about this one yet and just wanted to pass it on that it is a decent flick. I'll pick it up, but if you want a scary movie, hell even a suspenseful one, dont get it. Think of it as a I Know What You Did Last Summer kinda flick.

I agree that is was good, but it wasn't really all that similar to I know what you did last summer. Oh, and I think his newest costar is way hotter.

Well, 'Disturbia' was somewhere a remake of 'Rear Window'.

It was a hitchcock remake. Not the best one. But still worthy of watching. I'll buy it on Blu-ray when it comes out.

I couldnt agree more, but this girl is no slouch herself. But yeah, Megan Fox is hard to top right now.

And as far as my comparison to IKWYDLS goes...it just had that same sort of high school, dinner and a movie, try to see a scary movie thing going on. Not that the scripts were alike, just had the same unscary, unsuspenseful vibe.

Downloaded this (yes I am evil) a while back. It was "OK". I think it was a filler movie more than anything. Just seemed way over done and Shia was trying too hard. He does that in alot of his movies lately.

I saw Disterbia last night and though it was really good I liked that it was a suspense movie rather than a horror film. Suspence films are one of my favorite geners while I don't usually like horror films. Does any one know when it comes out on Blu Ray/DVD they probably have a release date on thus website or I could Google it, god I love Google.
