dumb ass AMC's in the Washington DC area are favoring/booking the new 'Fifty Shades' movie over this .... might as well wait for the UHD to see the DV color grading and hear the Atmos mix.

Any word yet if this will be one of the first 12 bit Dolby Vision titles?

Was this rendered natively in 4K or is it yet another upscaled title?

Because at the moment it's sounding like another hard pass in favor of the 3D Blu-ray.

Anyone that would give a UHD movie a pass because it's an upscale really need to a) do their research, and b) stop listening to hyperbole.

You could always try renting something first before you buy it.

Smart move. I believe this was shot in native 3D so that's the way to go.

You could just watch it normally. If it's not worth your time in regular, it's not worth it in 4K.

Robert Heron says this Dolby Vision theater presentation was created in a color space larger than P3 and "almost" to 100% of rec2020.
