Mill Creek will be releasing a new triple feature set with two new titles, and one previously released by Sony. Titles include Closure (2007), Wind Chill (2008), and Perfect Stranger (2007)

Holy crap! I've been really wanting Wind Chill in HD for a long time. One of the better modern horror films. The other 2 films are just extras as I've never seen them but they're welcome in my collection

Mill Creek has some cool stuff coming in April, I know they aren't the best releases but they are cheap and I like that. I'll be picking this up, never seen Closure or Wind Chill.

I really liked Wind Chill and was hoping for a BD... even a cheep Mill Creek would have been exciting.
But like this, packed together with two films I have zero interest in (and ruining the cover along the way) - nope

Wind Chill is a cool movie!

I'd rather have it as a standalone, but two bonus movies aren't necessarily bad things.

Glad to see movies coming to Blu for the first time but I found Wind Chill & Perfect Stranger to be quite bad. Never saw Closure

I just finished watching 'Wind Chill'. Its a terrible flick, well justifying its direct-to-video release. From a PQ perspective, there's little that's wrong with the feature despite 3 movies crammed into a single BD-50. Most of the film takes place in the dark and the black levels hold up very well with no smudging. Details in the face (as most character scenes are close ups) are very good. You can see some compression artifacts if you look for them but otherwise the image is clean. Special FX are tacky betraying its low budget. The lossy Dolby Digital 5.1 track is sufficient but no great shakes. There's only one scene towards the end that tests the surround capabilities and the LFE shines if your receiver is turned up to a decent level. But overall, despite the premise holding such promise, its a shoddy, underwhelming flick where so many things make no sense and every opportunity to serve up some dread is ruined by bad execution. If there's a redeeming feature in the flick, its the music - the soundtrack is awesome

There are no sub-titles.

Will be watching the other two flicks later today or during the week and report back.

$8 is all that this disc is worth, no more.

I bought this for Wind Chill. I love this movie. Most Mill Creek blu rays play on my region b Panasonic with the remote control fix. The good news is this disc loads up straight away without having to bother with the remote.

Real shame about the lossy audio. It is adequate. The PQ on Wind Chill is pretty good. Definite upgrade from the dvd. The other two titles are available already as stand alone discs in the UK so no need to watch them on this triple feature.

I saw Wind Chill theatrically upon release. Maybe it didn't last long in theaters but it did receive distribution. I wouldn't describe the film as terrible. In fact, it's one of the better horror films of the last 10 years IMO. What didn't you like about it?

Can't answer for that guy, but personally--I just found it weak. It barely qualifies as horror, honestly. And talk about your terrible endings...
