(Let's assume that hell is like that episode of The Twilight Zone in which the captain of a German U-boat that torpedoes an American vessel is forced to become a passenger on that vessel with the knowledge that it is about to be blown up, but with no memory of the fact that he is on a continuous loop, for eternity).

Blair Witch Project. And it'd most likely be shown on a small CRT TV strapped to my head with my eyeballs touching the screen, inputted via a worn VHS tape with serious tracking issues, and the volume would be cranked up as high as it can go and fed to my ears with a pair of tin cans.

August Underground might be worse yet, but that would be too obvious for Hell.
