PS2 games on a blu-ray disc?

If this was done, how many could you fit ... would it be an easy transfer for devs or would this be worthless ... I bring up this topic just cause I've read before how they couldnt put them on psn due to size.

Just curious if we would ever see this, or how cool it would be to have like a series of games from PS2 on one BD disc ... for example ... All the PS2 Metal Gear games or GTA games on one disc and so on.

they can't release them because there's no ps2 emulator. there's big files on the psn already, i doubt an 8gb ps2 game is a big deal.

but its not a bad idea to have a "compilation" kind of deal like the sega games. i like the way you think. but the problem still remains, no ps2 emulator

I think it had to do with ps2 games size and download speeds (more so with USA download speeds being alot slower than UKs)

well like i said, there are already games that size on the psn, so thats not the problem.

ah ok ... any idea which games are that size on there? Not that im questioning your facts ... Im just curious if I've downloaded one before and how fast I typically download them....

maybe R&C quest for booty? ... although I have sadly still not purchased that yet, BUT WILL! LoL ... just wayyyy too many games not being played at the moment.

oh you know what..looks like i'm wrong. i was thinking burnout was bigger than it was. and i think siren is downloaded in pieces. so i suppose its not one large chunk at a time. my bad
